We are 2 female professional working full-time Monday- Friday. I work in creative industry 🧑🎨 and Marie is a teacher🧑🏫. We’ve been living together for 1 year and now we are looking for a friendly and tidy tenant to join the house share in Stratford.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
It is a cosy Victorian house located in a quiet residential area with a well-appointed shared kitchen at ground floor.
There is a living room with a TV for upcoming British weather.
The house has a lovely garden, great for BBQs and keeping your bike safe.
The room are furnished so please take this into consideration when applying, as there isn't possibility to store furniture anywhere else. The price is for a bedroom + separate storage room/ wardrobe space/ office 🙂

About The Property
• This is a three bed house let on one tenancy agreement
• We are expecting the property to be let to a total of three sharers, but the property is a shared tenancy – it is not let by the room
• The contract will start on 22 September 2025 and will last for 12 months, with the option to renew if everybody wishes to
• Rent is £2,600 per calendar month, payable in advance by standing order
• The deposit is 5 weeks rent which is £3,000
• All bills are shared between the three occupants and are about 140£ each per month
• In line with UK law, you will need to have the right to rent in the UK and show a passport, settled status, residence card, visa or other evidence of UK residential status
• The property is managed directly by experienced landlord (not agency) and is accredited by the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) No 1051069. You can verify accreditation by contacting the NRLA
ABOUT THE ROOM
Room is furnished with double bed wardrobe and chest of drawers with additional storage/ office room shown on the photos.
The landlord will do usual reference checks (credit, employment and previous landlord), and request holding deposit if we decide to proceed but trust me is the best landlord I have ever had!
ABOUT YOU
We would like someone who is in their 30s similar age as us, friendly, tidy when using common areas, is willing to assist with household duties on the regular household rota and is organised enough to make relevant payments on time. Respecting others sharers space is the highest priority. Preferable professionals and we are open to both males and females.
