Double Room with Private Bathroom in Stratford

My housemates are moving to Australia, so I am looking for someone to sign a new lease on this 2B2B flat.

The room is a double bedroom with a private bathroom (separate to the room but would only used by you) and access to two balconies. It’s available to move in from 31 Aug / 1 Sept (but can be flexible on dates).

You’d be living with me - I’m 30, work in law and spend my free time out with friends, at a gym class or travelling. I’m social and work long hours so you’d have your own space during the week, but I’m always down for a takeaway, movie or drinks!

We currently pay £1,150 per room, but it might be going up to £1,200. At the moment we split the bills between 3 and pay £120 each which covers all bills and any household items, so I’d guess at bills being around £150-160ish.
