Modern Room in 3-bed, Stratford

✨3 month Sublet from 1st September! ✨

Hey everyone!

Currently looking someone to sublet a room from September 1st to November 30th (end of our lease). You’ll be joining a cosy 3 bed, 2 bath apartment as one of our flatmates is moving out early. This is a new build in Stratford, the Soapbox development near Pudding Mill Lane. You’d be sharing with 1 other person bathroom wise. Property is furnished, comes with in-house storage, close to Stratford station.

Current flatmates are Nicola, 29, a product marketing manager and Christine, 27, a music journalist, both black women. Our ideal candidate is a fellow womxn who shares similar household values, is clean (super important 😅) respectful, vibes with the present company but also enjoys their space. Preferably similar age!

The apartment has a washer + drier, dishwasher, great transport links, concierge and a corner store across the building. Flat has lift access, all one level. Room is furnished with bed, underbed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table.

You’d be taking over the leaving tenant’s remainder of tenancy, which is 3 months. There may be a chance to extend to the lease after this if you want something long term.

Share of rent is £854 plus £250 (approx )for bills. There’ll also be a deposit of £854 which you’ll get back once the lease is up (Nov 30th).
