Room available in Stratford penthouse from Sept!

Hi,

We're looking for a roommate for our three-bed, three bathroom penthouse apartment in Stratford (5 min walk from the station), as our mate is moving out - we're right next to one of the best connected stations in all of London.

It's a well-sized room with an en-suite and a queen-sized bed and fully furnished. It's part of a spacious two-storey flat with its own roof terrace. We're super close to the Olympic Park, a range of sports facilities (e. g. Aquatics centre and climbing gyms) and Westfield (literally every shop you can imagine!).

We're pretty laid-back guys but like to keep the flat relatively tidy. We're both young professionals and it's a pretty social flat.

The lease runs until July 2025 with an option to break in March 2025. We're looking for someone to replace our mate early in September if possible. Feel free to drop us a line if you're interested in a visit!
