Flat mate for penthouse

I’m a recent Master's graduate in Psychology, looking for a friendly female flatmate (preferably in their early to mid-20s) to share a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse in Stratford. The tenancy begins in mid-October, with a rent of £1500 per month.

A bit about me:
I’m a respectful, tidy, and adaptable flatmate who’s happy to accommodate as needed. I love spontaneous adventures, exploring cafes, wine and dines, nights out, and thrift shopping, but also enjoy cozy nights in where we can paint, cook, and have meaningful conversations. I’m easy-going and would love to connect with someone who shares similar vibes.

This unique property is fully furnished with all the amenities you could ask for, including three flat-screen TVs, air conditioning in each room, in-floor heating, a pool table, and an outdoor BBQ area. The terrace features in-built grass and offers a breathtaking view of Canary Wharf.

Location:
The location is incredibly convenient, with just a 2-minute walk to the DLR station and an 8-minute walk to Stratford Tube and bus stations, making it easy to reach Central London within 20-30 minutes. Westfield Stratford City, one of the largest shopping malls in Europe, is less than a 10-minute walk away, offering shops, gyms, casinos, and spas. Plus, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
