Basic single room in home

I have a spare single room, available from beginning of October until end December 2024, to rent out. I could consider an earlier move it date.

Think this could be a great room to take if you've not quite found the right place for you right now and need a little more time.

The room is furnished with bed, corner wardrobe, small desk and bedside table. The bedroom is on the garden side.

We live next to West Ham park so great for walks. Local "corner" shop is just at the end of the road.
A short bus ride or walk gets you to Stratford for transport and shopping. Really convenient for students travelling to the surrounding universities near here (UEL, UAL, UCL, London College of Fashion etc) also for any professional working in the new business developments.

The house will be shared with myself and also another lodger who will be here until end of December too.
It’s a pretty chilled household, so looking for a likeminded person to join us.

Requisite would be for the new occupant to like cats. I have 4. All lovely and very friendly, but I know that's not everyone's cup of tea.
