Basic single room in home

I have a spare single room, available from mid January.

The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, small desk and bedside table. The bedroom is at the rear of the property, on the garden side.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

We live next to West Ham park so great for walks. Local "corner" shop is just at the end of the road.

A short bus ride or walk gets you to Stratford for transport (DLR, Jubilee, Elizabeth, Central lines and mainline trains) also shopping in Westfield and events (London Stadium, Saddlers Wells East, Stratford East Theatre and more)

Really convenient for students travelling to the surrounding universities near here (UEL, UAL, UCL, London College of Fashion etc) also for any professional working in the new business developments in Stratford, or for getting into the city etc.

The home is shared with myself and my daughter (24) and her boyfriend (25) who shares the third bedroom.

It’s a pretty chilled household, with some stupidity thrown in for good measure from time to time, so looking for a likeminded person to join us.

Requisite would be for the new occupant to like cats. I have 3. All lovely and very friendly, but I know that's not everyone's cup of tea!
