❤️Lovely Ensuite With Balcony ❤️

Hello! I'm Serena, nice to meet you. I'm leaving my flat soon. It's a 2 bedroom flat penthouse with 2 bathrooms and 1 balcony that goes all around the flat. There's also a little room that my flatmate and I have been using as a storage place. The flat is on the top floor (10th) and has a little gym and a sauna.

The bedroom available is the biggest one, big wardrobe, LOADS of space, shelves, bedside table and chest of drawers. Plus, this bedroom has its private bathroom (ensuite with shower, sink and toilet) and the door to the balcony.

You will be sharing the flat with my friend, Emanuela, italian. She works in a casino so majority night shifts, that means you will have the house free 5 days a week every morning and afternoon and night after 9pm (because she's either sleeping or at work), you gonna see her during her 2 days off. She's very kind, friendly and incredibly easy going. Vegetarian but never judgemental of your diet and she makes amazing cakes!!!

The flat is between Stratford and Bow, you can either go to Stratford (jubilee line, central line, Elizabeth line, DLR, overground, trains.. EVERYTHING) or go to the Bromley station 10 mins to get the district line and the circle line or Pudding mill Lane for the DLR at literally 4 mins walking.
The bus stop is in front of the entrance. The position is incredibly comfortable, and it's 50 mins away from Stansted Airport.
You also have shops and supermarkets at 5-10 min walking.
Central London in 25/30 mins.

The rent is 1300 + bills
The deposit 1100
The contract ends the 29th of February (5 months) but of course you can carry on with the contract after that.

*The new tenant MUST be a full time worker, NOT STUDENT.
*NO couple accepted, only SINGLE TENANT.
