Spacious dbl with balcony & own bathroom

Hey all!

I'm moving out so my flatmate Dev is looking for someone to fill the room.

It's a very spacious double room, furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It gets lots of natural light and your room leads onto a huge outdoor terrace/balcony. You also have the entire bathroom to yourself as he will have an en-suite.

There's a modern open-plan kitchen and living area with plenty of space for anything you need/want to bring to make it more homely.

We also have great connection links with the DLR 2 mins away and both West Ham and Stratford stations a 10 minute walk, giving you access to overground, central, jubilee, elizabeth, hammersmith & city, district and national rail lines.

The building is situated on a quiet residential road and the flat is on the second floor. There is gated access to our building and bike storage.

Rent is £915pcm. The bills are separate and usually come to around 150-200 each. Council tax band C.

The contract start date is 4th October - you won't be able to move in before that unfortunately.

Dev is a solid flatmate - clean, considerate, and helpful. He has his own social life but is always up for a chat in the evenings if you want one. I've had a really easy year living with him!

Hi, I'm Dev. A 30 yr old guy originally from North London. Currently working in tech sales with roughly three days in the office each week, usually Tues-Thurs. During the week I'm pretty busy with work, gym and boxing, and spend my evenings mainly cooking and chilling. Thursday onwards I tend to have social plans and I am out seeing friends or away most weekends. Looking for someone who is mature, chill, and clean - ideally someone friendly who enjoys a chat but also has their own social life.
