Looking for a female housemate to move into in Maryland/Stratford area as our housemate is moving out of London

RENT £860 pm (£800 deposit)

ADDITIONAL BILLS - gas, water & electricity (varies month to month)
MOVE IN DATE - mid November, but the room will be free earlier so this could be negotiated

THE HOUSE
The house has 1 shared bathroom, a living room and a large open plan kitchen with a dining area and a large garden. The room receives lots of bright natural light and is furnished with all the basics.

The house is located on a quiet residential street, is an 8 min walk from Maryland station (Elizabeth line) and about 20 min walk to Stratford station or a 10 min bus ride, and 15 min walk from Wanstead Park station (overground). It’s also a short walk away from Olympic park and Hackney canals and a short tube ride to central London, max 30 mins from the door to Tottenham Court Road.

Tesco, Sainsbury, Co-op, Morrisons and Iceland are all also a short walk away, as well as numerous independent shops and zero waste refill shops. There’s plenty of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants nearby to try, and of course, Westfield Stratford city. There’s also a Picturehouse cinema, the Theatre Royal Stratford East and few gyms within 10-15 minute walk away, so plenty to do in the nearby area.

ABOUT US
Sarah, 30 - works in retail merchandising, WFH around 2-3 days a week. I enjoy exploring museums, love a chat, going out/staying in for a few drinks and enjoy having a wholesome house dinners. I have a ginger cat called Mango, he loves cuddles but only once he trusts you so be patient!
Matilda, 26 - works in the a LGBT charity sector, WFH 3-4 days a week. She loves the outdoors, queer events and roller derby. She also has a black cat called Bobby, who loves any and all forms of attention and pets!

This is not a party house, but we’re keen to have our friends around for dinner/drinks from time to time and would love a new buddy for the occasional night out!

ABOUT YOU
We’re a girls household, looking for someone around 28-35, chill, tidy and social, and who also likes cats. Would love someone who enjoys hanging out at home together. Bonus if you have a tv or airfryer ;)

We’re not keen on having rigid cleaning rotas, but having a clean and tidy home is really important to us.

No couples, students or pets (unfortunately we’re at the max capacity!). Preferably non-smoker.
