Sunny room in Stratford (3 mins from station)

Hi!

We have one bedroom in our 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment in Stratford (3 mins from the station and 5 mins from Westfield mall, supermarkets etc).

The apartment comes with wifi and expenses included, and also includes a resident's gym and lounge in the building. You would have your own bathroom (which is in the hallway).

Available from 7 Dec onwards - we are flexible on how long you want to stay and can negotiate length of stay. Please note that the room is short let only - anywhere between 6 weeks to 6 months.

Singles: £250 per week

Sorry no pets (sadly)

We are pretty typical working professionals - working (hybrid) during the week, and out and about in the weekends. When not working, we dance salsa and go to the gym.

We will be away over the Christmas period so you will have the place to yourself over that period.

We are looking for someone who is kind, considerate and respectful of our home. This is definitely not a party flat. Preferably you are working fulltime in the office or on a hybrid basis (there is a standing desk in the room). Sorry no students.
