Hello!

I have a Double Bedroom available in a 1 Bed Flat in Stratford, E15. The flat is located in a secure gated community and is a short walk away from Stratford Station.

I have converted the living room to act as my bedroom while still having a small shared living room space. The flat has a big kitchen and 1 bathroom with bath and shower.

I'm a 29 year old professional working for a video game developer, I work remotely from home most days but also like to be social and am usually out of the house twice a week and on the weekends.

I'm currently asking for £750 a month which would include rent and all bills. This may increase as the landlord plans to raise the rent by the end of the year.
