1 bed-1 bath fully furnished apartment, Stratford

I'm Aakash, a 30M Indian professional, living in London for the past 2.5 years.

I'm staying in a spacious 1 bhk apartment in Stratford, and am looking for a new tenant (couples also welcome) as I am moving out in early November. The current lease runs till Jan 7, 2025 with an option to extend further as needed.

The apartment is a spacious one (600 sq ft) and is a 10 min walk from the Stratford Station and offers great connectivity. Several other facilities are also available: Internet, TV, microwave, gym etc.

There are Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury stores within 5-15 mins. The Elizabeth Olympic park is also very close and is a great place for morning or evening walks. The apartment is great value for money. Additional council tax and bills will be approx. 100-150 GBP.
