Hey, I'm moving to America and need someone to replace me in this fantastic apartment in Stratford. As I always say, I would never move out if I wasn't leaving London for a while.
The flat is extremely well-located, 7 minutes walk to Stratford Station, 10 minutes from Stratford Center (where you Can find Lidl, Sainsubury's, etc.) and we have a convenience store 2 minutes away.
The flat is very new, everything working perfectly and is owned by a company, which makes everything easier as we can call them for any repair or problem needed and I'll quickly solve it.
The current housemate is a Nigerian 23 years old LGBTQIA+ guy who works as a Software Engineer. He is a very chill, easy-going, and clean guy, who has been an amazing flatmate. The other housemate is also moving, so if you are looking to move in with a friend, that could be an amazing opportunity,
OBS: The bills will be around 150 pounds a month (can be a bit more during the winter :/)
