hey! I'm relocating soon and so sadly have to leave my lovely room in our cozy 3-bed flat in Sugar House Island (E15). we're looking for someone to take over my tenancy from early January (flexible) until the tenancy ends on July 6, 2025.
about the room/flat:
- rent: £910/month
- deposit: £961.54
- room: spacious, bright, fully furnished double (includes bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and side tables)
- bathroom: shared with one other housemate (as the other room has an en-suite)
- bills: approx £165/month (covers council tax, electricity, water, heating, broadband, and contents insurance)
- availability: 7 January 2025
- tenancy end date: 6 July 2025
- additional furniture: other items (desk, office chair, shelving etc) available for sale at negotiable prices
about the flatmates:
you'll be living with two wonderful women, both aged 29, who are working professionals/creatives with hybrid schedules. they're friendly, easy-going, and love a tidy, relaxed home. when they're not working or being homebodies, they're either at the gym, exploring the city, or out socialising.
we're a chill bunch who value personal space, but also enjoy the occasional hangout - whether it's a netflix binge, spontaneous takeout night, or an unplanned Lion King 2 soundtrack listening party. if that sounds like a bit of you, you'll fit right in.
what we're looking for:
we're looking for someone kind, friendly, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. ideally, you're 25-35, and want to contribute to a warm, homely atmosphere with great vibes. we'd prefer a female flatmate, but we're open to males (with bonus points being awarded if you've lived with women before)
