I'm moving out by the end of the year, so we’re looking for a professional female to take over my room in our lovely 3-bedroom flat located in Stratford's East Village. The room is available for a long-term lease until February 2026, and unfortunately, the agent doesn’t accept students or those not in employment.
You'll have a spacious double room with your own private bathroom, featuring a queen-size bed, a large closet, and a big window that brings in lots of natural light. If you’d like, the previous tenant is happy to sell her desk and ergonomic chair at a discounted price.
The flat has a cozy, spacious living room and kitchen that you’ll share with two other friendly female flatmates from South Korea and China, aged between 25-30. They’re both clean, quiet, and respectful of personal space, and there’s a cleaning rota in place to keep everything tidy. We’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle—someone considerate and easygoing.
Our flat is located in an amazing area! Just a 7-minute walk to Stratford Station, which has excellent transport connections. You can easily reach the City of London or Canary Wharf in under 15 minutes, and Westfield shopping center is just a few minutes away. There are several gyms, including the London Aquatics Centre, and a variety of supermarkets, coffee shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. Also, our development has the 24-hour reception and an on-site gym, accessible with a one-off payment of £30.
The rent will be between £1300 and £1400 (excluding bills), as the agent may adjust it slightly according to the current market price when the contract is revised.
