Double Room in friendly flatshare

We’re Claire and March- in our mid-30’s and we work in arts/marketing. We have a friendly, sociable home and enjoy music, art, cooking, hanging out in our living room together, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
Our current third flatmate is moving out and we would love to find someone who is interested in joining our home.

We’re interested in someone who is at a similar stage of life and likes to keep their home as a place to unwind after a hard days work. We keep the flat in a nice condition, so that we can all kick back and relax in communal spaces. Looking for someone with an easy going energy and doesn’t mind a bit of trash TV :)

About the flat:
A double room is available in our flat in a new build development. The room comes with its own good sized double storage cupboard across the hallway which serves as your very own walk in wardrobe. The room is cosy, fits a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe plus there is also bathroom storage in the bathroom shared with Claire.
The flat is on the 5th floor and is very spacious, with an open plan living area with balcony, dining area and kitchen with underfloor heating throughout.

The development has a 24 hour concierge, a resident gym and communal garden area. There are also street food vendors three times a week in case you don’t fancy a trip to the shops.

About the area:
New Garden Quarter is located next to Queen Elizabeth Park, a 5 min walk to Westfield and Stratford Underground station and 8 min walk to Stratford International. We are very close to East Village with some lovely restaurants and cafes and a short walk to both Hackney Wick with the canal, and Hackney Marshes which is great for the summer! We make good use of being so close to these great spots.

Admin:
Additional to rent & bills, there is a top up for heating / hot water, which is approx £30 max. each per month (less in summer)

Move in date could be flexible (from end of November).
