Large Double Bedroom in Stratford

Hello!

We are a house of 3 currently looking for a fourth to join our cozy home in Stratford!

We are located in a very convenient location with about a 10 minute walk to the Maryland Station.

We are looking to fill a large double bedroom, fully furnished.

There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

We are a very cozy and chill house, no loud parties but still social in the communal areas. A great balance of respecting each other's space while also sharing a good amount of laughs.

The rent is £687.5 and bills come out to be about £100-110 per person including gas, electric, water, internet and council tax.

Move in date is around November 8th, but can be flexible if need be.
