Hello there!

Looking for a new housemate to take this empty room in a lovely terraced house in Stratford Town. I have lived here for two years and would love to find someone who would like to also call this place home with me.

The terrace has a separate living room, kitchen and office space, as well as a patio out the back. It has one bathroom/shower and a large kitchen with lots of storage.

Your potential room has a large storage unit (approximately the storage space of two wardrobes) as well as a clothes railing which can be swapped out for a chest of drawers if preferred. The large window opens up onto a roof ledge which is really nice to sit on during the summer.

The location is truly excellent, including:
- 5-10mins walk to Stratford Underground Station (Elizabeth, Jubilee, Central, Overground, DLR and National Rail lines)
- <5mins walk to large Morrisons supermarket
- <5mins walk to Stratford Park, approximately 15mins walk to Olympic Park
- Dentist and GP within 5mins walk
- Everything you could ever want within a 15min walk, thanks to Stratford Mall and Westfields

I work remotely for a charity, typically going into the office during the day 1-2 times a week. I am often out in the evenings, and when I stay in (1-2 a week) my favourite activity is to bake something vegan whilst either watching a movie or playing a video game. I love meeting new people and hope that any housemate interested in moving in would be open to friendship as well as shared living.

The room is currently empty and move in date can be any time from now - First week of December.

Bills and Fibreoptic Broadband are not included and in 2024 the average cost of these bill (including council tax) was £135pcm. The house is Council Tax band C.
