Short term let in friendly home

Hello! An opportunity for a short term stay in our lovely Victorian terrace in Stratford E15 has come up. Room is available from 12 December 2024 - 19th of April, 2025, with some flexibility on either end of those dates. Looking to find a woman aged ~27-35 who would like to join our sunny, clean, creative house for a few months ✌️

The house is a 5-10 minute walk to Plaistow station and a 15-20 minute walk (or 5 minute bus journey) to Stratford station/Westfield. The room is massive, king size bed and bay window facing the park with a desk and lots of storage. Obviously comes fully furnished and can include bedding/towels if required. Rent is £850 a month, inclusive of bills and weekly cleaning service. What is left in terms of decor etc can be discussed.

You will have 4 housemates, all professional women aged 28-33. We’d like to keep this age and gender balance, though age is obviously somewhat flexible provided you are working and chill. Housemates work variously in the public and private sectors, including in the arts. Hobbies (and paid work) include: writing and recording music, painting, cooking, knitting, DJ mixing, reading, cinema trips, general coffee and pastry enthusiasm, running, amapiano dance, acrobatics, and rock climbing.

We are all super friendly, have our own lives but also love to hang out together and are good friends. You’ll often find us hanging out together in the living or dining rooms, but all equally enjoy our own spaces when required. We are definitely a sociable house, but not a partying one - though we all love a wine/cinema night/meal out together!
