Huge double room with bathroom-bills inc

I am Nat, I own the flat and have a spare room for rent. The flat is being sold so renting for 1-2 month (with possible extension). I already have a buyer so there won’t be any viewings. The buyer might want to come and measure for furniture etc. once or twice.
We are really close to the Olympic Park and Stratford station, a 5 - 10 minute walk. Stratford station can get you to most places in central London in 15 minutes. If you don’t know the area, it is beautiful, the East Village has a lot of cute places to go out or chill and Westfield had a more lively feel to it.

The room is 12 square m, a huge space for doing yoga or chilling. It is the second bedroom in the flat. I have an en-suite, so the main bathroom will primarily be yours apart from the occasional guest use.

The room comes with a bed and under-bed storage, a wardrobe, set of drawers and desk. Bedding and towels can be made available on request.

There is a large lounge/kitchen/diner with lots of storage space. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine/ dryer.

The flat is in a green leafy block with a little park in the middle, we have a 24/7 concierge (never miss a parcel again) and a free gym. Parking is often available in the block at additional cost and can be organised on Facebook.

I have a little dog called Trixie, so I am really keen on having someone else who loves dogs and wants to get to know her too.

As you can probably tell from the pictures I am really house proud and love a clean and tidy home. I am also really environmentally conscious and vegetarian, so I am looking for someone who has a similar mindset and will be respectful of energy and waste and treat this as their home too :)

Trixie and I love being outside so we spend a lot of time out for walks or runs during the week or going for hikes/ to the beach at the weekend. I also enjoy cycling and photography, going to the theatre or just chilling in one of the great coffee shops in the East Village.

A couple of things to note, please no working from home. Guests are welcome for a max of two nights a week. For couples there will be an additional £75 a week charge.
