Huge double room with private bathroom

Hi,
I am Nat, I own the flat and have a spare room for rent. We are really close to the Olympic Park and Stratford station.
I really love it here, if you don’t know the area it is beautiful, the East Village has a lot of cute places to go out or chill and Westfield had a more lively feel to it.

The room is 12 square m, a huge space for working from home or doing yoga or chilling. It is the second bedroom in the flat, but there is only the two of us so the full bathroom is yours no one else will ever go in it, it has loads of storage space too.

The room comes with a bed and under-bed storage, a wardrobe, set of drawers and desk, but there is lots of space for you to add more furniture. If you have some/ need to.

There is a large lounge/kitchen/diner with lots of storage space. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a projector set up in the lounge and Disney+ and Amazon Prime which is perfect for movie nights.

We are less than 10 minutes walk from Stratford station which can get you to most places in central London in 15 minutes.

Parking is in the underground car park at an additional cost of £150 a month.

The flat is in a green leafy block with a little park in the middle, we have a 24/7 concierge (never miss a parcel again) and a free gym.

I have a little dog called Trixie, so I am really keen on having someone else who has a dog or who really loves dogs and wants to get to know her too :)

The room is massive so if you want to work from home its no problem at all, I have also lived with a couple before so if you have a partner you want to come visit that’s no issue.

As you can probably tell from the pictures I am really house proud and love a clean and tidy home so I am looking for someone who has the same mindset and will treat this as their home too :)

Trixie and I love being outside so we spend a lot of time out for walks during the week or going for hikes/ to the beach at the weekend, it would be lovely if you would like to join us sometimes.
I also enjoy cycling and photography, going to the theatre or just chilling in one of the great coffee shops in the East Village.

The rent is reduced because sadly I have taken a job over in West London and am having to sell the flat and move. You will get 2 or 3 months notice of the sale so I would like someone who can commit to a good few months.
