I have an ensuite room available in my fully - furnished 2B2B apartment from 29 January. The room is clean, organised and spacious, with excellent connectivity. The cost is £1100 excl. bills (which come out to be ~150 pp including wifi, council tax (£64 pp) and electricity)

I’ve been living in this property for over a year now and I absolutely love it. Hence, I am planning to extend my contract by another year however my roommate is moving out. The landlord is extremely kind and helpful with any queries.

A bit about me - I’m a 25-year old, working for a non-profit organisation. I mostly work from home but do go in like once a week. I am tidy, organised and don’t drink/smoke. I’m an avid foodie, love trying new things (currently trying my hand at tennis) and exploring the city. I do like my own cosy time as much as I would love a good dinner and movie night with my flatmate.
