My flatmate is moving out of her ensuite in Stratford and looking for someone to replace her in December. I am a 30 year old lebanese female who works from the office Tuesday to Thursday.
The flat is a 3 minute walk to Stratford station which has access to the central, Elizabeth, Jubilee, Overground and DLR. It's also right next to a major bus station catering to mostly everywhere in East London.
The flat was previously occupied by the landlords so it has been kept in a great condition and is fitted with all modern amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)
Council tax band is D. Total bills amount to 170/month per person.
The flat is ridiculously well insulated and we've barely turned on heating in winter. We have ac for the summer months.
