We are letting one double bedroom having ensuite bath & toilet with access to balcony and patio in 2 bed 2 bath flat in a modern and neat building. No shared living space. Room is itself quite large and spacious and perfect for single person.
Room has a very beautiful view from balcony and is bright and airy. Bills are included for single person.

A female student or professional will be preferred. House rules are no pets and no parties. We like aomeone who is quite and tidy. You will be sharing the apartment with a Pakistani couple and a toddler.

It is an easy access to westfield shopping centre and stratford centre is just around the corner.

Room is currently occupied but it will be professionally cleaned before move in.

PS. For couples rent will be £1200 pcm
