Looking for someone to share my flat / apartment with me.

Me:
Im 37, gay and work for a beverage company. I enjoy traveling, yoga, cycling and a good party. I WFH 2/3 days per week and the rest I’m in the office. I work in my room as the living room is a work free zone to relax.

You:
Are clean and tidy. Likes to jam but also does their own thing. OK if you want to WFH 2/3 days per week. Must be LGBTQ friendly.

The space:
2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room on the 1st floor of a Victorian conversion. With a great sized garden.

Really bright space throughout with lots of light. Whole flat has been re-decorated in the last 12 months.

Your room is at the back, double bed with a Simba mattress, wardrobe and space for a desk if you have one. Its South facing so again plenty of light.

The kitchen is on the small side but fully equipped and functional.

Bathroom has the usually stuff you’d expect.

Living room has recently been totally re-done. Oak flooring, wood burning stove and decent speakers 

Garden – direct access from the kitchen, stairs going down. Good outdoor space for London. 6m x 6m.

Bills: £100

Open to moving in dates to suit the right person. Available from the 9th November

Viewings to suit you but thinking next weekend - 1st / 2nd March. Can also do evenings.
