If you wish to continue to rent the property for the next continuing month, pre-
payment is necessary before the 15 th day of the current month, subject to availability.
Note if prepayment is not received booking will not be confirmed.
4. Occupancy: The Property shall be occupied only by the Guest and a maximum of
1 additional guest, on a temporary basis and not for the duration of the full stay.
5. Use of Property: The Guest agrees to use the Property solely for residential
purposes and shall not engage in any illegal, hazardous, or commercial activities.
Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the stated occupancy limit are strictly
prohibited.
6. House Rules: The Guest agrees to comply with the following rules:
No smoking inside the Property.
No pets unless pre-approved in writing by the Host.
Quiet hours: 11pm to 8am.
7. Maintenance and Damages: The Guest shall keep the Property clean and in
good condition. Any damages caused during the rental period must be reported to
the Host immediately. Costs for damages, beyond normal wear and tear, will be
charged on check out.
8. Check-Out Responsibilities: Upon departure, the Guest shall:
Remove all personal belongings.
Dispose of trash in the designated area.
Return keys to the Host (if applicable).
Leave the Property in the same condition as upon check-in.
9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in
10. Liability: The Host shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of
personal belongings incurred by the Guest during the rental period.
11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding
between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements. Amendments must be
made in writing and signed by both parties.
