You'll be just a 10-minute walk from the Elizabeth Line Station, Maryland, and a 15-minute walk to Stratford Station - the major hub with Central Line, Jubilee Line, Elizabeth Line, Overground, and also National Rail trains all departing from here. You can get into the City of London within 30 minutes door-to-door. You are also well-connected to both central London and the eastern suburbs via both bus and train.

There is a Tesco Express and a Sainsbury Local supermarkets a 4-minute walk from the house, and a large Lidl and Sainsbury supermarkets a 15-minute walk from the house, as well as the large Westfield Shopping mall also a 15-minute walk from the house.

Both the house and the room come fully furnished. It is a quiet apartment, no road noise can be heard at all.

The room has a king-sized bed and bedding, an electronic sit/stand desk, monitor, full-back office chair. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking and baking equipment you could want.

Rent is £218 a week, with an additional £42 a week for expenses (all-inclusive of high-speed internet, electricity, gas, and council tax at Tax Band C).
