This is a comfortable double bedroom with private living room and private bathroom within a three bedroom flat in stratford. The flat is set over two floors of the upper flat in a converted victorian terrace house.

This rental includes:

* Private Large double bedroom (upstairs)

* Private main bathroom (you will have sole use of the main bathroom which is downstairs beside your living/dining room, Myself and my partner have an en-suite in our room)

* Private Living/Dining Room/Study - you will have the sole use of the third bedroom in the flat as your private living room (we will have sole use of the main living room) WE ARE ADDING A SOFA TO THIS ROOM

The kitchen is shared (pictured table not in the kitchen anymore)

The bedroom is furnished with bed, desk, walk in wardrobe, large chest of drawers, mirror

Your private living/dining room will be furnished with a table, dining chairs, sofa, mirror. It also has a bookshelf - the books shown on the bookshelf will be moved out for arrival. Wardrobe can be removed.

Your private bathroom has a bath/shower, sink and toilet

The let is for Mon - Fri - for clarity this is from Mon morning leaving on Friday evening.

Couples are welcome, the rent for this will be amended to 1300 GBP

Strictly no gatherings, parties, or pets
Preference for a lodger who works from the office

The contract is on a rolling basis with one month's notice either side to terminate.

About us:

We are an Irish couple aged 37 and 40 and are renting room in our flat as the flat is very big for our current needs.
We are quiet couple both working full time.
One of us works in an art gallery and the other as a sound engineer.
We cook almost solely vegetarian food but don't have restrictions on what other people cook
We do not have parties
One of us works from home 2-3 days per week

* A short 10 min. walk from Maryland (Elizabeth Line). Bus stop 2 minute walk

* 2 minute walk to West Ham Park

* 2 minute walk to local gym (Atherton Leisure Centre)

* 3 minute walk to Sainsbury, Tesco

* A 15-20 minute walk to Stratford and Westfield Shopping Centre

*20 minute drive to London City Airport
