A bright, fully furnished and newly carpeted + painted very big room (25 feet x 13 feet) available to rent in a 3 bed house share in Stratford. Just so that you can visualise - the room is equivalent of 2 large double room. House is located in a quite area, only 7 minutes walk from Stratford station/ Westfield. There is also a bus stop in less than a minute walk. This is a perfect location from where you can travel around both inner and outer London.

Your room is big enough to set up sleeping area in one side and your own living room on the other side. It has two sets of windows, one facing the front of house and the other to the back garden, so it gets plenty of natural light. It has a double bed with mattress, a double wardrobe, a coat stand, 3 showpiece/ wardrobes, 1 TV stand, a desk + chair, coffee table and a sofa (which can also be used as a double bed). After all the furnishings, still there is massive open space left for further storage. This is the only room on ground floor along with the kitchen. So, you will be the only one on ground floor! Kitchen, bathroom and garden to be shared.

Your flatmates are all professional and working full time.

Ideal new flatmate: I am looking for a full time professional who will respect other tenants in the house and can commit to pay rent strictly on time. All current flatmates are friendly and easy going but at the same time respect others privacy. We all prefer a quiet environment and so this is not a party house. You will need to provide a copy of your passport, letter/ reference from employer and previous landlord.

No Pets I am afraid and non-smoker preferred (in case you are, smoking will only be allowed outside the house).
