We’re a friendly group of Italians working in hospitality, and we’re looking for a new housemate to join our warm and relaxed home in Woodford. If you’re clean, respectful, and love a good espresso (or just a peaceful environment), you’ll fit right in.
Bonus points if you appreciate the rare luxury of a London bidet!

About the House:
• Fully furnished, bright, and welcoming
• Two bathrooms – no morning queues!
• Bidet included (because, of course, it’s an Italian household!)
• Shared with polite, easygoing Italian housemates
• Ideally looking for another Italian/European or anyone tidy and respectful

Contract & Costs:
• Minimum stay: 6 months (negotiable to 3 months if needed)
• Rent: £700/month (to be confirmed)
• Deposit: 1 month’s rent (flexible in special cases)

• Easy commute: around 20 minutes to Stratford (Zone 2)
• Quick access to central London and East London hotspots
