One year let in Stratford/ Leyton

The flat is located within a ten minute walk of Stratford station, 7-8 mins to Leyton and Maryland stations, and 5 minutes to Stratford international. We are also a 30 second walk from a gym, a yoga studio, a pub and a food shop.

The room available is a small double room (pictures attached) with sole use of an office opposite. An alternative option would be a larger double room and keeping the office as a shared space. There is a living room, kitchen and one bathroom with bath and shower. We also have a secure bike shed.

I’m a classical musician and usually share the flat with my sister, who is moving abroad for a year for work. I’m pretty sociable and I spend my spare time climbing and seeing friends. I work lots of evenings and weekends but am often in during the weekdays and do tend to practice during that time (so this probably isn’t suitable for someone that usually works from home). I practice occasionally during the evenings too when work is particularly busy, but am flexible with that! Hoping to find someone in a similar field or with similar interests to me.
