The flat is directly opposite Maryland station, offering excellent connections — around 15 minutes to Tottenham Court Road and 20 minutes to Bond Street. You’ll also have great local amenities nearby, including Westfield Stratford City and Morrisons, plus plenty of shops and cafés.

We’re looking for a tidy, full-time professional to share the flat. The home is gay-friendly and respectful, and we’re keen to find someone who values a relaxed, considerate living environment. The room is available from 10 March at £950 per month, plus half of the electricity bill. Cleaning will be agreed together — either a simple Sunday rotation or arranging a cleaner jointly.
