2 Double Rooms in Stratford

Hi everyone!

We are renting two rooms in our 5-room, 2-bathroom house in Stratford.

We are 2 females and a male professional in our mid-20s. Me, who works in the travel industry, Molly, who is a painter, and Frazer, who is a videographer. We are all easygoing, hard-working and interested in Music and a healthy lifestyle.

Big and bright house. Fully stocked kitchen, one big fridge/freezer. Space to store bikes and a basement to put stuff you don’t really use.

We have a lovely garden, which doesn’t look great in the pictures (we didn’t take care of it in winter)

Transport:

- 7 min bus or 15 min walk to Stratford (Jubilee line, Central line, DLR, Overground, trains, National Express bus).
- 1 min walk to West Ham Park.
- 3 min walk to Active Newham, a gym with a swimming pool and to Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express.
- 10/15 min walk to Morrison and Lidl.

Rent: £590 + bills.
Bills depend on the month, but around £80
Deposit: £850
