You will be sharing with me (41, female). I work from home a few days a week from the downstairs dining room table, so ideally need someone who doesn't mind this or who also works full time.
The property is close to the station, Westfield, Olympic Park and other amenities. It is a quiet street where the neighbours have also been in their properties a number of years.
