3 rooms available in Stratford

Hello girls, I have three rooms available, the price of the small room is £650, including wifi, the bills are separate. Doble room is 700£ more bills and the large big room is double but for 1 person and it costs £800 including wifi, separate bills. The bills normally is £10 for water, counxil tax 36.50, electricity and gas, it varies from summer to winter and is divided among everyone.
The real estate agency asks for a month's deposit. The house is very quiet and clean and we are looking for similar companions. The house is in Stratford Newham, 7 minutes from Westfield shopping center, there are many shops, supermarkets, gym, 24-hour buses outside the house and we have National Express direct to the airport 24 hours a day, this is a luxury, to take flights early and leave from here and cheaper than taking trains.
We have been in this house for many years, it is a family and homely house. We have a large patio to sunbathe, eat, have breakfast and sometimes have barbecues.
