Hi I’m Clara, and I’m looking for a girl to join me in this 3 beds apartment🤍
The flat is just a 10-minute walk from LCF, Stratford Station, and Westfield. It’s an artsy space and comes with everything you need.

The flat includes a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, storage, and a terrace. The building has a concierge, a communal garden, cafeteria and a computer space.

The master bedroom with ensuite is already taken. For this available room, I only have an old video screenshot of it, but the room and flat itself is bright and full of natural light. You would be sharing a bathroom with me. (£912/mo) Rent is paid in two instalments, 6 months per instalment.

Looking for someone who would want to be friends and do some activities together (movie night, cooking, hangouts), more than just acquaintances! Let me know if you need a more flexible move-in date and if you want to have a look to the flat! :)
