It’s a 2-bed, 2-bath flat just 5 minutes from Stratford Station and Westfield.

Currently 1 female muslim professional living here, so ideally looking for another female muslim. Thus no pork/alcohol or vegans/vegetarians are welcome.

- Rent: £750 excl. bills
- ⁠Deposit: £750
- ⁠Council Tax: £78 pp/pm
- ⁠Duration: Long tenancy, up for renewal in March 2026 with high possibility to extend
- ⁠Room Type: Single bedroom with your own bathroom (not en-suite per se but this bathroom is yours to use alone, and it’s with bathtub + extra storage space!)

- ⁠TV, microwave, fridge, kettle
- ⁠Dedicated WFH space in the living room (great to separate sleeping & working space!)
