THE HOUSE
The house has 1 bathroom, a living room and a large open plan kitchen with a dining area, driveway and a large garden. The available room is a double room (furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and table) The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, filtered water tap and more.
The house is located on a quiet residential street, and is an 8 minute walk from Maryland station (Elizabeth line) and about 20 minute walk to Stratford station or a 10 minute bus ride, and 10 minutes from Forrest Gate station. It’s also a short walk away from Olympic park which is gorgeous to be around, and right next to Hackney Wick.
Sainsbury, Tesco, Co-op, Morrisons and Lidl are all also a short walk away, as well as some independent shops and grocery stores, and eco friendly zero waste refill shops. There are several cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants nearby, and of course, Westfield Stratford city, with multiple food courts and 4 floors of shops. There are also a few gyms within 10-15 minute walk away.

You’ll be living with myself, Sarah (31) and April (26) and Mango (ginger cat, 5.5).
We’re both fairly easy going and social - love a chat, going out / staying in for a few drinks, having a wholesome dinners or movie nights. But we also do appreciate some chilled alone time as well. Some of our personal interests: travelling, fitness, current affairs/social political topics, and margaritas.
We are not a party house, but would love to throw the occasional pres or house party (need to be respectful to the neighbours ofc!)
ABOUT YOU
We’re a girls household, looking for someone around 30yo, chill, tidy and social, and who also loves cats (as opposed to just tolerant of them). Would love someone who enjoys hanging out at home together.
We are not keen on having rigid cleaning rotas, but having a clean and tidy home is really important to us, so regular cleaning and upkeep is expected.
No couples or students. Preferably non-smoker.
