About the housemates:
One of our flatmates will be moving out at the end of October as he's moving in with his girlfriend. Both myself (Gareth) and Mathew are young professionals who do a mix from working at home and working at the office. We're both easy going people, keep the flat tidy and there's usually some form of sport on the TV.

About the flat:
The flat itself contains a large open kitchen/living room space, adjoined by two balconies (one of which has a spectacular view over Stratford and Canary Wharf in the distance). This room is an en-suite so you'll have lots of private space. The flat contains loads of storage space which we all share, includes a residents gym and also a concierge service.

Local amenities:
Westfield shopping centre is less than a 10 minute walk away, packed with every shop you could need and multiple eating outlets. Hackney Wick and the Olympic park are also just a 20 minute walk away, along with the olympic swimming pool. velodrome and Hackney Marshes park run.
