We are looking for two new tenants to join an existing sharer in a beautiful furnished three-bedroom apartment on the 35th floor of Stratford Halo, offering breathtaking views of London City and Canary Wharf. ⚠️ Important – Please Read Carefully About the Deposit
This is a joint tenancy managed by Folio London, and you will be joining the contract alongside one existing tenant (myself, Simone). The tenancy deposit is already registered with MyDeposits, so Folio does not collect a new deposit. Instead, incoming tenants reimburse the outgoing tenants directly for their share. This is standard practice in joint tenancies. To keep everything secure, we will use a simple written handover agreement with proof of payment before Folio updates the deposit scheme with the new names. Minimum tenancy is twelve months and all incoming tenants will need to complete referencing (income and credit checks) as required by Folio.
