Description
I am looking for someone to take over my current tenancy for a spacious double bedroom in a ground floor flat-share of 4 bedrooms in total (each room is independent and has its own tenancy agreement).
The room is available from 1st December 2025. You will have to commit to a fixed term until at least 31st March 2026 (4 months).
The bedroom is bright, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair.
The rest of the flat includes a living room with an open kitchen (fully equipped with dining table, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes), bathroom (with bathtub) and separate toilet, as well as a conservatory (with dryer) and a private garden. Gas central heating and wooden floor throughout.
Very convenient location in a quiet street, only a 10 minute walk from Stratford station (central line, jubilee, DLR, overground, TfL rail, and bus links), close to all amenities, supermarkets, parks, convenience stores, restaurants, and Westfield mall.
No pets allowed. The bedroom is for single occupancy, so no couples allowed. The other existing flatmates are friendly professionals (20 to 40 years old).
The monthly rent is £1000/ month inclusive of bills (internet, gas, electricity, water, council tax, cleaning service twice a month).
The property is managed by an agency. Please note that you will have to pay a security deposit of 5 weeks' rent, as well as a fee of £150 to the agency at the beginning of the tenancy (and at each future renewal), for admin charges.
You will also have to successfully pass a reference check through the agency.
Viewings can be arranged during weekdays after 5.30pm, and flexible on weekends.
