I’m looking for a student to take over my accommodation at Eleanor Rosa House, part of the University of London’s official intercollegiate halls. The transfer will be processed directly through the University of London Accommodation Team.

📍 Location: Stratford, East London – excellent transport links (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth Line, DLR, Overground), close to Stratford Station and Westfield shopping centre.

🏠 Room type: Standard Single En-Suite
• Private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, mirror storage)
• Shared kitchen with ~6 students
• Fully furnished: bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelving, pinboard, blinds

📅 Contract length: 50 weeks (September 2025 – September 2026)
💷 Rent: £284.69 per week (~£1,233 per month)
💰 Deposit: £500
⚡ Bills included: Gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi

🎓 Eligibility: Must be a full-time student at a University of London institution (including UCL, King’s, LSE, Queen Mary, City St George’s, Birkbeck, Goldsmiths, Royal Holloway, SOAS, LSHTM, London Business School, Royal Veterinary College, Courtauld, and others).
