Double Bedroom On Sugar House Island

A double room is available in a modern, new development of Sugar House Island.

It is in a four bedroom house, and the room available is a double room (with shared bathroom). In the room there's wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table/drawer. The bed can be lifted to store things. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other (girl). The utility bills+council are around 100-200 per month. Note the desk and chair in the bedroom photos are not part of the room.

Nearby, we have a convenience store, a concierge team, 24-hour security cameras, a 24-hour accessible post room, a laundry spot, semi-private gardens, Jim & Tonic (amazing pizza, patio and cocktail) and a huge storage unit in the basement (basically an extra room to store all what you don’t need every day), and a gym (though that one is pricy) .

Your potential flatmates are professionals (2M & 2F) working in engineering, management and law. There are 4 bedrooms. Two of the flatmates work from home most days, the other teo have a mix of working in and out. They enjoy doing activities together (e. g. tennis, cooking, running, etc.) and are very wholesome.
