The house is a big old and spacious 5 bedroom terrace with two bathrooms, a shared living room, a dining room, and rear garden (registered HMO)

The other rooms are currently let to four women in their thirties (who will interview and choose their house mate)

The room for rent is very large and overlooks West Ham Park with nice views, although it can be a little noisy from cars. Comes with bed and some furniture. Energy, bills, water, council tax, TV license included.

No full-time parking available (as the parking passes are shared with the whole house)

Eight minutes to Plaistow station (zone 3) or fifteen mins to Stratford (zone 2), with bus stops really nearby.
