* Kitchen includes a dishwasher, large inbuilt fridge freezer and utility houses the washer/dryer
* Will be sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls. A small w/c is also off from the utility
* No smoking/no pets/no couples

Location:
* Stratford, London E15 – excellent transport links and only 5-10 minute bus to Westfield shopping centre

Landlord:
* Very friendly and attentive – quick to sort out any issues.

Rent & Bills:
