You will be living with myself, my girlfriend and one other housemate. House is very spacious with a large sitting room, large kitchen, large garden, one main upstairs bathroom and a second small bathroom downstairs.

We are looking for one housemate who is sound to get on with, likes to keep the house clean, but is also up to go for a pint every now and then. We are in our mid-late 20s so ideally looking for someone similar.
