Room available in 3 bed flatshare in Stratford

I have a room available on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment complex in Stratford. Currently there are 2 other guys in their 20's living here so perhaps this flat will suit best if you are also a young, working professional.

I am leaving London at the end of this year so I need somebody to take over my room for the start of the tenancy renewal on the 1st January.

The room is very conveniently located just a 7 minute walk from Westfield shopping centre and Stratford station. The flat has a car park with bike racks located on the ground floor. You can rent a parking space there for £100 per month. There is also a small gym which is free to use and well equipped.

The council tax is band D and bills are not included so this all comes around to an extra £120 or so each month. You will need to be earning at least £32,000 a year or have a UK guarantor to pass the reference check required by the agency who runs the complex.
