I have very very large spare double room available at the front of a recently renovated Vicotorian converted house. It is clearly the original living room for the original house, however there is now a seperate living room by the garden.

£1,000 per calendar month. £1,125 deposit. Energy bill £50 pcm, broadband £12 pcm, Thames Water £17.5 pcm, council tax nil as I am currently a student and the only registered tenant until October 2027 ...

5 minute walk to Plaistow station and 10 minute to Stratford on the bus, 2 minute walk from local West Ham Park & multiple local shops in the vacinity. Well placed for healthcare professionals working at local hospitals as well as all Barts & The London MBBS infirm placements - Newham, Royal London, Whipps Cross, Homerton hospitals etc.

You will be sharing with myself - my name is Kate, I am currently a fourth year graduate medical student at Barts & The London. I am 29 and have a lovely 9-month-old cat, Pipsqueak. She is female and very friendly once she gets to know you / has a few treats.

Happy to consider those with pets of their own, although this is a matter of discussing whether we all think it would be suitable for everyone.

The flat is fully equipped and there is a bed and clothing rails in the available room already. Other furniture will need to be brought in if needed for the spare room.

There is a large hallway cupboard. I already have set up all kitchen appliances and have a hoover, all that is missing is an ironing board.

There is a front and back garden with space for bike storage at the front, a barbeque and some other bits at the back.

The landlords are really nice and responsive, they live abroad.

I am looking for an easygoing flatmate, preferably female but I am open to anyone as it's more important that we get along. I am very clean and tidy and it would be important that we share similar standards on that front in the communal areas.

There have been issues with the bedroom carpets' maintenance and it is a preference for both bedrooms to be outdoor-shoe free as per landlords' request... (Within reason!)
