I have very very large spare double room available at the front of a recently renovated Victorian converted house.

£975 pcm + bills

5 minute walk to Plaistow station [Hammersmith & City, and District Line] and 10 minute to Stratford [Elizabeth Line, Central Line, DLR, London Overground etc.] on the bus / 15 min walk.

2 minute walk to West Ham Park & multiple local shops in the vacinity.

You will be sharing with myself - my name is Kate, I am currently a graduate medical student. I am 29 and have a young cat, Pipsqueak. She is female and very friendly once she gets to know you / has a few treats.

Well placed for healthcare professionals working at local hospitals as well as all Barts & The London MBBS infirm placements - Newham, Royal London, Whipps Cross, Homerton hospitals etc., also those working in the City or Canary Wharf.

The flat is fully equipped and there is a bed and clothing rails in the available room already. Other furniture will need to be brought in if needed for the spare room. There is a large hallway cupboard. I already have set up all kitchen appliances and have a hoover, all that is missing is an ironing board.

There is a front and back garden with space for bike storage at the front, a barbeque and some other bits at the back.

The landlords are really nice and responsive.

I am looking for an easygoing flatmate, and it's important that we get along. I am very clean and tidy and it would be important that we share similar standards on that front in the communal areas.

Parking permits available from Newham council.

I'm currently a student and exempt from council tax so another student would be great so we can avoid this cost entirely, but I am still open to anyone!
