Hi - I'm moving out of my current room in Stratford so I’m looking for someone to take my place. You'd be taking over the room from the 1st February 2026.
The room is a double room in a beautiful three-bed flat, and it's in a new development 10 minutes from Stratford station and 15 minutes from the Olympic Park. Comes with a desk and a wardrobe. You would be sharing the bathroom with 1 male flatmate.
The flat itself has an open-plan kitchen/living room, and its own balcony. In the development itself there's a concierge, plenty of greenery, and a free residents-only gym.
You'd be living with 1 female and 1 male flatmate in their late-20s; one works in market research and the other is in accounting. We've all got our own lives, but we're all easy-going and respectful of the space and each other.
The rent is £1008 per month which includes all bills/utilities/council tax (consisting of £887 Rent + £121 Bills). Deposit required: £989.
We'll be doing viewings over the next couple of weeks, so please get in touch if you're interested, and let us know a little about yourself. You will need to show the last 3 months of payslips or bank statements (showing your salary) for referencing purposes. Rent amount, deposit amount and minimum contract length of 12 months are all non-negotiable.
