Hiya, I’m Jenny, I’m 28 and work in the Civil Service and I’m looking to rent out a room in my new Stratford flat!

You’ll be living with myself and my boyfriend Max who is 31 and works in advertising. I’m originally from Manchester but have been living in London since 2018 which means I’ve still retained my Northern charm. Max is from London but has been living in East London for six years. We both really love this part of London and have a great network here so can definitely show someone new to the area all the best places to go.

A few more bits about us: I like to travel a lot, I enjoy crafts (if you want a tote bag I’m your gal), reading and going to the pub. Max likes cooking, cycling and doing Park Runs (very slowly).

We’re looking for a housemate who’s up for a relaxed, comfortable home. We liked to cook, chat and socialise with our previous housemates and are looking for something similar again. We’re primarily office based but tend to work from home on Fridays.

About you: ideally aged 25-35, any gender and LGBTQIA+ welcome.

Room available now - but I can be flexible on the start date!

- 14-minute walk to Stratford Station (Central/Jubilee/Overground/DLR/Elizabeth line) and a few more to Westfield
- 4-minute walk to West Ham Park
- Rent: £800 per month, bills £100
