Me (28, Civil Servant) and my boyfriend Max (31, advertising) are looking for a housemate to move in with us in Stratford, E15.

We're a sociable couple who have lived in east london for 6 years so have a network here. We like to host people and go out so ideally want someone that has similar tastes. We've always lived in communal houses and want to replicate that on a smaller scale so we're really looking for someone to cook with, go to the pub with and become part of our network rather than just someone to live with.

Looking for a someone aged 25-35, no preference on gender.

Details: We're a 14 minute walk from Stratford Station and 4 minutes from West Ham Park which is a great green space.
£1000pcm including all bills.
Available from early December
Fully furnished (with double bed).
Shared bathroom with separate bath and shower.
Communal garden area.
Car park at rear with resident permits available.
