This is a tenancy takeover for King's College London postgraduate (master's or phd) students only.
I am looking for a replacement tenant for my ensuite room in Angel Lane - King's Residences, from the beginning of January 2026 (dates can be flexible). The contract is until September, only KCL postgrad student (Master's or phd).
Rent is £254 per week (originally £283 but £29 discount is applied due to the maintenance on the external walls). It is a great deal, the maintenance doesn't affect much, apart from the scaffolding at the building's entrance.
The room is on the 7th floor, with a private bathroom and shared kitchen. It is a minute walk to stratford station which is very well connected with many tube lines/trains.
There is a 360 tour on the Unite students website if you search for Angel Lane and more information can be found on the King’s Accommodation website.
If you agree to the takeover, you will sign a contract with KCL residences and pay the rent to the university.
